A second lawsuit has been filed in response to claims allegedly suffered by Landing battery storage facilities on January 16. The owners of the Haute Enchilada, Café, and Gallery have filed a lawsuit in the northern California region. The lawsuit is filed against the Vista Corporation and its subsidiaries, Dynegy operating Company and various corporations LG Energy Solution. The lawsuit requires a jury trial to resolve the case. Owners Kim and Luis Solano say they were forced to close their restaurant for an indefinite time because of the uncertainty caused by the fire of the Mossing Battery Battery facility. A complaint also claims that customers canceled AirbnB reservations for some of their properties due to fire. “The complaint claimed that Vistra used wrong and hazardous NMC batteries produced by the LG defendants and used a wrong battery storage model in the Highway 1 phase building had to be closed for a few days due to the fire and forced evacuation orders for about 1,200 inhabitants. The Enchilada Haute was closed for two weeks after the fire. Solonos claims that at the top of the expenses made from the fire, they have also undergone “health symptoms” for which they believe they were firing, according to the complaints listed in the lawsuits: Strict responsibility of the product: Lithium-ion battery claims produced and defective LG. The owners of the Haute Enchilada, Café and Gallery restaurant have filed a lawsuit in the northern California region. The lawsuit is filed against the Vista Corporation and its subsidiaries, Dynegy operating Company and various corporations LG Energy Solution.
The lawsuit requires a jury trial to resolve the case.

Solonos claim that at the top of the expenses incurred by the fire, they have also undergone “health symptoms” that they believe were fire stable, according to the complaint.
Complaints listed in the lawsuit are:
- Strict responsibility of the product: Claiming that lithium-ion batteries produced and defectively designed LG caused the fire.
- Adverse: Claiming that the defendant knew the needs of the equipment in the facility and that it could be heated and the damage was caused through vistra actions.
- contempt: Accusing the defendants of neglecting the design and maintenance of the battery storage facility.
- Private trouble: The claim of the defendants’ actions unreasonably interferes with the satisfaction of the property.
- Violation: Claiming interference of toxic substances over the plaintiffs’ properties.
Plaintiffs are pursuing compensatory and general damages, punitive damages, lawyer fees and medical monitoring, along with other forms of relief that the court considers appropriate.
KSBW 8 has reached vistters for an answer, and they still should not provide one.
