New CPUs and GPUs displayed in Galore Updates

Like its competitors, HP had a very compressed show at CES 2025 across different business units, ranging from consumer to games to commerciality, complete with additional equipment. In recent years, HP has purchased in the peripheral space that has allowed the company to improve the user’s experience and strengthen what it is already doing on the PC side. With the addition of Poli and Hyperx, I think HP is making considerable advances in the periphems and accessories. The company has also updated many of the other PC products for 2025 to further inject it and update its goods in the latest CPU and GPU technologies in CES.

HP refreshes elitebook with Intel

At CES 2025, HP refreshed its elitebook line of professional notebooks with new Ultra G1i Elitebook and Elitebook X Flip G1i. The new ultra elitebook is built in the Qualcomm version launched last year, but adds an intel option to the ultra -thin, light chassis, then includes an OLED screen. There is also an updated version of the Qualcomm, G1Q model, releasing with additional RAM to match the maximum Intel version of 32 GB of RAM, as well as Wi-Fi 7 updated optional to match the Wi-Fi support 7 of the Intel platform.

Elitebook X lowers just below the ultra in the HP product stack, but this laptop began last year with an AMD processor and is also receiving the treatment of Intel refresh. Both elitebook x and elitebook X Flip G1I are being updated with the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors (“Lake Lake”) with 48 peaks of AI’s performance. HP is also updating EliteBook X G1A with the latest AMD Ryzen processors AI 300 and 64 GB. Lake Lunar is limited to 32 GB.) G1A will also offer an optional OLED screen, which Intel versions do not.

‘Z by HP’ gets an AMD infusion

At CES 2025, two new HP products presented the new Ryzen processors he Max Pro that AMD announced at the show. These were Ultra G1A and Z2 Mini G1A Dressing. Dress Ultra G1A is a new and unique product because it uses the new AMD work SOC, but puts it on a very thin and easy-to-work form factor, while also providing IPs and OLED screens and up to 16 CPU cores and 128 GB of unified memory, not to mention a powerful GPU for him and graphic applications.

This same processor also finds its way in a new factor of the ultra-compact desktop form in the Z2 Mini G1A, which offers up to 8TB storage, a 300-watt integrated power supply and the same 50 NPU and 128 GB of Ultra G1A. I have to keep this mini desktop on CES 2025 and were amazed at its full size and density. It manages to fit so much into such a small form factor. So small, in fact, that it can be easily mounted on the back of a monitor and not even seen by the user – as shown by the photo at the beginning of this article. In my opinion, these two new cars are helping to redefine the meaning of a work station.

Omnidesk and omnistudio

In addition to new laptops and work stations, HP has also launched new desktops of all-in-one customers and towers. First, Omnistudio X gets a refreshing with new Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 processors with Lake Intel Lunar, which means RAM 16 GB and 32 GB configurations, as well as copilot+ PC skills. These will come in size 27-inch and 31.5-inch and will complement the four different new OMNIVESK PCs, including the few omnidesk and omnidesk towers presenting the 14th Intel processors.

These should not be confused with the OMNIDESK desktop PCs, which feature chips of the Intel Core Ultra 200 series, but not those from OMNistudio with NPUs capable of Copilot+ PC. HP also released an AMD version of the OMNIVI desktop PC, but executing the latest generation Ryzen 5 8500g processors and Ryzen 7 8700g, likely to hit a very low price point.

Omen Max 16 and Victus 15

HP came up shaking with the Omen Max 16 notebook, offering the latest AMD and Intel CPUs, the latest RTX 5000 GPU from Nvidia and up to 64 GB of RAM in Intel versions. HP also offers three different screen configurations, including a 1600p OLED and a 1600p LCD, both capable of 240-Hertz refresh rates. HP is also offering a specified lower 1080p screen, which should create a pleasant entry point for Omen Max 16. This said, I am surprised that HP chose SSDs Gen4 in almost all configurations, except 1TB on Intel platform, when Gen5 SSDs are already in the market. Gen4 SSD is now a little powerful for a playing machine, especially one claiming to be the maximum configuration of the HP flag game brand. Wi-Fi options range from Wi-Fi 6e from Mediak to some AMD-based solutions to Wi-Fi 7 from Intel and Mediak in others. The battery is a lighter unit with six cells 83 WH-paired with 280-vat adapters or 330-wat. HP has also launched a worldwide beta of its accelerated assistant, named Omen he, at the Omen Games Center.

The Games brand at the HP entrance level, Victus, also introduced the Vectus 15 game laptop with the latest generation of AMD and Intel and the latest generation of Nvidia and AMD. This is part of the HP strategy to capture the lower market end by offering N-1 configurations. This includes the provision of DDR5 RAM in capacity as low as 8 GB, which may seem reasonable for budget -conscious range, but honestly is not a good configuration for any game. I would like to see all OEMs abandon using 8 GB in any PC, whether it pretends to be a PC or not. HP also includes a lower 720p webcam and surprisingly low speed 5 low -speed USB ports, apparently to reduce the cost again. Victus also surprisingly offers only Wi-Fi 6 and 6e along with 120-watt and 150 watt adapters and three-cell batteries and four cells with a capacity of 52.5 wh and 70 wh. These also charge about 50% in just 30 minutes, which is the same for the Omen series.

HP introduces a host of new suburbs

Recently, HP has announced an abundance of peripherals for 2025, starting with a bunch of new hyperx mice from the Pulsefire family. These include Pulsefire fuels, Pulsefire Saga, Pulsefire Haste 2 Pro 4k and Pulsefire Haste 2 S. Hyperx Pulsefire Saga Pro (quite smooth) comes instantly for Omen PCS, which indicates the company’s commitment to a “best” story together for the Omar brand. Moreover, Pulsefire Saga and Saga Pro both exhibit interchangeable parts and 8K voting for wire and 4K mouse for wireless model, both using optical switches and a 26k hyperx sensor. Exchange parts also mean that you can press 3-D your custom ergonomics if you wish. Pulsefire haste 2 pro also comes with a 90-hour battery life, along with the same wireless skills as the saga pro. Haste 2 S comes with the longest life battery life in 120 hours.

In addition to these mice, HP also announced a series of new monitors Omen. HP is notifying five new monitors, including three 27-inch panels, a 32-inch model and a 34-inch screen. Refresh rates range from 180 hertz to 280 hertz. Omen 27qs G2 is the first IPS black game monitor with 280-Hertz QHD IPS, while 32x is the first monitor of Google’s Google SMART on Google on Google; This has a 144-Hertz refresh rate and 4K resolution, which seems ideal for a college bedroom or anywhere else that the user is seeking to save space. I am a little surprised that HP did not go to the latest Samsung 27-inch 4k QD-tiled panel in accordance with some of its competitors for the best class monitor like it last year, but I am still happy to see the company build a beautiful monitor formation.

Finally, HP announced a pair of new headphones Poly Voyager, Legend 30 and Legend 50, and some thunderbolt docks. I have to say, I’m a little more excited about ports because they use thunderbolt 4 and they are loaded with ports. In fact, they have so many ports that it is simply easier to show you a visual how many ports can enable a single bank through a paired cable by combining power and thunder.

This bank of the accused supports up to four screens and 280 watts of energy distribution, with an 180 -wat version also available. HP also has a 100 watt version with a less USB-C port and the same screen support, but less power distribution. I like these banks because many people have work laptops that they want to throw easily, and these enable all kinds of configurations with desktop -like environments.

Processors and suburbs ruled for HP in CES 2025

For HP at CES 2025, it was quite clear that the great processor refreshes on all its PC lines, led most of the notices. While many of the announcements were for PC he, there were still some old processors receiving new lives in other PCs. The approval of that of HP has also expanded to games with Omen growth he at the Omen Games Center, Plus we saw an abundance of new accessories run by expanded peripheral HP businesses on Hyperx, Poly and Omen screens. I think we will still see much more new PCs from HP this year, especially with the end of life for Windows 10, but hopefully we will also see a complete conversion to PC for all HP products.
